Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and his girlfriend Melanie Hamrick have listed their Florida home for $3.5 million.
The lakefront home is listed as having four bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
Christine Spelman of real estate group Re/Max originally sold the home to the couple in October 2020 for just over $1.9 million and now has the listing again.

The house was registered to Hamrick, 36, and the dancer has family in the area. The home was purchased in 2010 from Jagger, 79, and Hamrick for $1.2 million.

The listing suggests that Jagger is a key selling point for the home.
“You can’t always get what you want, but this home is definitely what you need!” The listing synopsis states, quoting part of the famous 1969 Stones song by Jagger and Keith Richards , bespoke Rutenberg home in premium gated community The Lake Club was designed with privacy in mind.”

According to the survey, the home — which is located in The Lake Club gated community — spans more than 5,700 square feet of living space. It also includes features such as three balconies and a clock tower, high quality kitchen appliances, remote controlled window curtains and a large media room with a bar.

The home features its own private heated saltwater pool as well as community amenities including a “newly renovated 20,000 square foot grand clubhouse, resort style pools, private tennis courts, restaurants, social activities and a fitness center,” the listing reads.

Jagger and Hamrick share their six-year-old son, Deveraux. The couple have multiple homes around the world but primarily live in New York City.
