A makeup brand is denying a claim by actor Amber Heard’s attorney that Heard used one of the company’s products to cover up bruises during her marriage to actor Johnny Depp.

In a viral TikTok video posted Thursday, drugstore makeup brand Milani said the product in question — the Milani Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit — was released in 2017, a year after Heard filed for divorce from Depp. The video has since been viewed 4.6 million times.

“You asked us…let the record show that our correction kit was introduced in 2017!” The brand captioned the video, which plays to a remixed version of the Backyardigans’ song “International Super Spy.”

Depp is suing Heard, accusing her of ruining his career and reputation by opining that he made her a victim of domestic violence. The defamation lawsuit seeks $50 million in damages.

Heard responded to Depp’s lawsuit with a $100 million counterclaim alleging that he assaulted her before and during their marriage. Heard’s attorney had said Heard used the Milani product during the couple’s marriage to cover what the attorney described as bruises caused by Depp.

During his opening remarks earlier in the week, Heard’s attorney, J. Ben Rottenborn, presented the makeup kit in court, according to Yahoo News.

“She used that,” he said, holding the compact in his hand. “She became very adept at it. You will hear Amber’s testimony on how she had to mix the different colors for the different days of bruising as it developed into the different colors and how she would touch it up to be able to cover it up.”

Depp and Heard married in 2015 with just 20 to 25 people in attendance, People magazine reported. They divorced a year later after Heard appeared in court with a bruised face and sought a restraining order against Depp.
