The tune is an up-tempo revenge song after Liam Hemsworth’s divorce.

Miley wrote her fans a thank you letter. “Celebrating that Flowers are back around the world this week!

Miley then listed the countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, UK and US Billboard Hot 100.
BBC Radio One, which helped propel the song about breakup and self-love to the top of the UK Singles Chart, wrote: “YESSSSSS ❤️❤️❤️.”
In the US, the people of I Heart Radio joined in with “thankful for YOU ❤️”. DJ Diplo commented “#1 in my heart”.
