Milkshake singer Kelis has begun an unlikely relationship with actor Bill Murray, who is almost 30 years her senior.
The lovebirds have reportedly “been getting close for a while” after meeting in the United States after her husband Mike Mora passed away last year at the age of 37.
Last weekend, the 72-year-old Ghostbusters star was spotted watching several of his alleged new girlfriend’s latest shows, including her latest “from the side of the stage in London,” according to The US Sun.
The publication revealed that a friend of the couple said they “did previously meet in the US, which got people in the industry talking, and now they’re meeting in London while they’re both here.”
“They obviously hit it off,” the insider added. “They were both spotted at the same hotel, and he attended her performance several times before going to Mighty Hoopla.” [in South London].’

The source pointed out that Murray was recently grieving the loss of his ex-wife, Jennifer Butler, who he separated from in 2008 after more than a decade together after her unexpected death in 2021.
During their relationship, the father of six and Butler had four sons: Caleb, 30, Jackson, 27, Cooper, 26, and 22-year-old Lincoln.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Kelis and Murray’s respective representatives but has yet to receive a response.
Kelis had her first child, Knight, with her then-husband Nas in July 2009, and their youngest two, Shepherd, eight, and Galilee, two. with her deceased spouse.
Murray and Kelis are said to have bonded over their “shared, relatively recent bereavements.”
“Whatever it is that brought them together, and unlikely as it may seem, they’re both single and having fun despite the pretty big age difference,” the insider claimed.
He is currently filming a sequel to his film Ghostbusters in the UK.
Kelis’ second wife died in March 2022 after a six-month battle with stage IV stomach cancer.

Mora revealed in September 2021 that he had cancer and had been diagnosed a year earlier – by which time doctors had given him just 18 months to live.
Kelis representatives confirmed her husband’s death in a statement (via ET), urging fans to respect their privacy at the time.
“Unfortunately, it is true that Mike Mora passed away. We would like to ask everyone to respect the privacy of Kelis and her family from now on. Thank you very much,” said Steve Satterhwaite of Red Light Management.
Kelis and Mora have lived on a remote farm in Temecula, California, outside of Los Angeles, as of January 2020, which they worked together and raised their children.
