This comes after Millie celebrated a year without alcohol in August and, just like she did on Thursday, posted a carousel of photos and detailed her journey so far.

Millie decided to get sober two months after her 33rd birthday after realizing her “anxiety levels were very high.”

She said: “I made this decision because I wanted to improve my mental health and in particular my anxiety levels, which were very high, especially after the second child came out of lockdown.”

“So I stopped drinking in August and honestly there have just been so many positive changes.”

“Yes, it was difficult at the beginning. I found it difficult to be in society and at social events because it’s like a habit when you’re used to drinking. So it felt a little strange and a little awkward, but by the third month I was over it.

“And honestly, the benefits just outweigh everything and it’s really worth it and I feel better every day.”

In August, Millie said: “I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking alcohol. I didn’t want to admit it, but it’s a big trigger for my anxiety.”
