Mindy wore a glamorous makeup palette that included smoky eyeshadow, thick lashes, a bold brow, rosy blush and auburn lipstick.

Over the past few months, Mindy has been showing off her slim frame in a number of figure-hugging ensembles on Instagram.
The star recently revealed that she achieved her amazing weight loss by continuing to “eat what I like to eat” — but “less of it.”
However, speaking to Entertainment Weekly about her current diet, she shared, “Honestly, I haven’t really done anything differently.”

The actor said: “I eat what I like to eat. When I’m on any type of restrictive diet, it never really works for me. I just eat less of it.”
Mindy, who recently shared a video of herself making gnocchi, has adopted a much stricter dietary regime in a bid to shed weight after welcoming daughter Katherine.
“After I had my daughter, I had to do a movie about two months later, so I was like, ‘Just give me grilled salmon and sautéed spinach. I’m going to eat this for three months,'” said the Mindy Project star.

Her film Late Night, a comedy she directed opposite Emma Thompson, began filming in Canada in April 2018, just four months after Katherine’s birth.
Mindy then welcomed their son Spencer in September 2020, but the coronavirus lockdowns meant she didn’t “have that pressure” to lose weight for a film.
“It was this almost extended maternity leave. I didn’t want to be in front of the camera, the studios were closed,” said the “Oceans 8” actress.
“As the world rolled back a bit, I thought, ‘This way of eating what appears, regardless of what I’m eating, is probably not the way to go,'” she reflected during her new interview.

She said: “I was completely changed and she treated me completely differently. She was in awe. That is really funny. I don’t think I had dressed that much because of the pandemic. It was kind of fun to get them excited every now and then. She’s just about the age where this stuff is kinda interesting.’
Mindy has been known to be secretive about her love life and hasn’t even publicly named the father of either of her children.
“My feeling is that I’m not going to talk to anyone about this until I talk to my daughter about it,” she said after Katherine was born.

Mindy didn’t even announce her second pregnancy until after she had already given birth to Spencer, and credited the coronavirus lockdowns for helping her keep her secret.
“I mean, sure, I didn’t want to go anywhere like everyone else, so nobody spotted me. So that was pretty easy,” she told Elle.
Recently, Mindy revealed on her Insta Stories that her diet still includes potatoes, which she filmed cooking with vegetables for breakfast.
She also included a piece of challah, which she confessed slipped into her purse during a dinner she attended the night before.

Almost a year ago, she gave an interview to Shape magazine and said she was taking a less restrictive stance on food.
“I’d like to be the size I was when I was 32 or so, but I just refuse to beat myself up about it,” she said. “I like to eat out in restaurants, I like to eat home cooking and I don’t like to restrict my diet.”
She shared that “as long as I’m getting enough nutrients and I feel like my heart and lungs are really working, I’m not worried about it.”
