And this weekend, the office’s vet felt confident enough to wear white, having noted in the past that the color wasn’t very “flattering” on her.
The 43-year-old comedian appears to be the skinniest as her waist looked tiny in the mini dress with a cutout at the top.

In May, she announced that she’d lost a few pounds by exercising more.
Kaling said at the time she stopped caring about how she looked and focused on how she felt.
And on Sunday, the siren proved she is her lightest weight yet as she looked stunning in the dress, which she paired with a white blazer and black stockings.

Her hair was threadbare and she had a lot of makeup on when she looked like she was ready to go to a Hollywood nightclub on a hot date.
Speaking to People in May about her physical well-being, she revealed that previously she was only interested in maintaining her looks.

The Office performer noted that she’s outgrown her old beliefs and has begun to focus on how fitness can help her maintain a level of well-being.
Kaling stated, “I’ve really tried to let go of this idea of losing weight for vanity and really think about how to be healthy.”
The actress then gave her definition of what the term sane would mean to her.
She expressed, “Healthy is exercising, moving my body a lot, staying hydrated and then not having any negative connotations about exercise and making me feel like I won’t be anything else if I don’t.”

Kaling further noted that she loved trying new routines to surprise herself with every move.
“I don’t need to be an expert to really enjoy it and get a great workout. Surprising the body with lots of different things is really good, I think, especially for my body,” she said.
The performer then expressed that she has come to terms with occasionally not meeting her expectations of routines.
“I really mixed it up, knowing that if a workout doesn’t necessarily make me soak my clothes in sweat, it was still a good workout,” she said.
Kaling emphasized how much regular exercise had changed her life for the better.

“I get some of my best creative ideas when I’m working out. It made me so confident. I feel so great and confess the fact that I love working out,” she said.
The performer noted that she had previously worried about admitting she had worked out.
“I’ve never felt that kind of confidence to say, ‘Yeah, I actually work out four to five times a week. Can you believe it? “I always felt like I had to be shy about it,” she said.
The actress then remarked that “it’s normal to love exercise and think about self-care.”

Finally, Kaling spoke about how she wanted to educate her daughter Katherine and son Spencer, ages four and one, about physical wellbeing through their own fitness programs.
“What’s really beautiful – and I feel so fortunate – is that I think I have this opportunity to set an example [for my kids] that it’s normal to exercise,” she said.
She specifically expressed that she would like her daughter to follow in her footsteps when it comes to fitness.
“I really love that I can be that example for her and model that for her… Can’t wait until she’s old enough to be like my workout buddies and just really enjoy normalizing the fitness around our house.” , she said.
