A royal game! Former Miss Universe Contestants Mariana Varella and Fabiola Valentin melted hearts everywhere when they revealed they had married after years of secret dating in a charming Instagram video posted to both of their Instagram profiles on October 30, 2022.

People were excited to celebrate Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico’s love. The beauty queens announced their nuptials with a beautiful montage of their relationship on Instagram. The video showed Mariana and Fabiola kissing, cuddling and having a great vacation together. It even captured the moment they got engaged.
The big reveal ended with footage of the couple kissing outside a courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Both brides looked stunning. Fabiola rocked a white blazer dress with sparkling fringes, while Mariana opted for a classic white tuxedo jacket. To add a feminine touch to the look, she added chandelier earrings and a high ponytail.
In the caption, which was written in Spanish, the couple shared, “After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day.” To mark the occasion, they added their wedding date, October 28 2022, and added several happy emojis.

Fabiola and Mariana met in 2020 during the Miss Grand International pageant and remained close friends, according to HOLA! From then on, the relationship blossomed.
Fellow beauty queen Abena Akuaba sent the lady love in an Instagram comment. “Oh my god congratulations,” the Ghanaian model/singer wrote. “MGI has brought together a wonderful union.”

Dedicated fans may have noticed the connection between the two, who continued to spend time together after the competition and popped up on each other’s social media. Fabiola posted a sweet message to her now-wife on Instagram in April 2021. “One of the great gifts of this experience was your friendship,” she wrote, along with some very cozy photos from a beach vacation. “Going through this process with you was something special and real. Miss you my girl.”
Mariana and Fabiola were both touched by the support. Miss Argentina sent a lovely message to fans, writing: “Thank you for all the love! We are very fortunate and blessed. I wish that the love you give us multiplies! Thank you so much.” Fabiola also thanked friends and fans, posting on her Instagram story: “What a blessing it is to read every message.
