The Revenue Agency has made the draft of the 730/2023 model available to taxpayers, and the final version will be online by May 2 next year. However, the deadline for submitting the certificate was set for September 30th. Let’s see together the most important news in this regard.

Model 730/2023: when it arrives and how to present it
Of May 2, 2023 will be made available on Model 730/2023 precompiled. Citizens can access it directly from the Revenue Agency website after authentication via SPID, CIE or CNS. Alternatively, contact is possible caf, to a qualified professional or to your withholding tax agent (employer) if you are providing tax assistance. If it is a Model 730 with no replacement, a CAF or qualified professional must be contacted for presentation.
We indicate that the precompiled model it is not an obligation: Taxpayers can still choose not to use it and file the return in the usual way.
Regarding the deadlines Model 730 (both precompiled and ordinary) must be submitted 09/30/2023. However, if it falls on Saturday, it will most likely slip October 2, 2023.
