She was killed and then cut into pieces, some parts of her body were found in a refrigerator. It’s the horrible end of model and influencer Abby Choi in Hong Kong. The woman was 28 and appeared on the cover of renowned fashion magazine l’Officiel last week. Police arrested three people for his murder. They are all very close to her: they are the father, mother and older brother of Choi’s ex-husband, with whom there has been an ongoing dispute of an economic nature. All traces of the man have been lost.
Some of the model’s remains were found in the fridge of a recently rented and unfurnished village house, suggesting it was brought in to dispose of Choi’s body. In particular, the legs were found, while neither the head nor the torso nor the hands were found. There was also a slicer and an electric saw in the house.
“We believe there were many high-stakes money disputes between the victim and her ex-husband’s family,” the investigators said. Choi’s disappearance was first reported on Wednesday. She was last seen by her ex-husband’s brother, who also worked as a chauffeur.
Police also said the family lied to mislead investigators.
