Jorge Pabón “Molusco” announced that “I will not be able to do radio for six months because of the non-compete clause that was included in his contract with Spanish Broadcasting Corporation (SBS).
“I can’t do radio for six months. “I have a 'no competition' that I can fight in court and I've spoken to my lawyers, but six months is tasty because in six months you can do a lot of things,” the spokesman reported in a video on his channel Youtube.
Pabón ended his era at La Mega on February 14 after failing to reach a contractual agreement with SBS.
“We are going to create a new business model that is beneficial for everyone and that has not happened,” admitted the producer, who had previously assured that the media conglomerate aimed to keep 50% of Molusco TV's profits.
