A mother who dressed up as a cat to protest a trans-board member has blasted a gym for allowing them to use the women’s locker room – claiming they stared at her breasts.
Lindsey Graham, 41, was at Esporta in Goodyear, Arizona, a suburb west of Phoenix, when she claimed Paul Bixler entered the women’s locker room half-naked.
The 72-year-old is a retired teacher and school principal who identifies as a transgender woman – and wears “his dead wife’s clothes”.
Mum-of-three Graham, who goes by the internet nickname ‘Patriot Barbie’, claims Bixler stared at her breasts as she entered the women’s changing room – which was reported to police.
She told that she would call the police “anytime” Bixler used the women’s changing rooms and believes the police agree with her.

Graham filmed Bixler entering the women’s dressing room and shouted, “Why isn’t anyone warning the women? I hope no one is undressing.”
Speaking to , she said: “There was no communication at all between us. I haven’t spoken to him; he didn’t speak to me.
“He had his back to me but there was a mirror so he could see me completely shirtless when he turned around after loading his stuff.
“The idea that he was in there and I undressed is enough to violate my rights. When I called the police, they seemed to already know him.
“I don’t think this is the first time this has happened. They knew what card was being played and he told them he had butt surgery so he could use that dressing room.
“It’s frustrating because the police told him he could go and let him go back into the dressing room.
“What if there was a little girl changing in there? Realistically, I’ll never undress in that dressing room now.
“It’s not fair of me to have to cancel my gym membership and put my life on hold to accommodate his mental illness.
“Every time I see him there, I will call the police. I sensed that the police today were morally dissatisfied with what they had to comply with.

The mother of three previously dressed up as a cat at a school board meeting to protest the schools’ “wake agenda”.
“I think they knew in their hearts that I was right.
“The gym staff happily gave him the women’s changing rooms after using the men’s changing rooms for so long and now a sudden change.”

Lindsey added: “He is involved in an activity that is setting a precedent for others. You now have some free passes to force yourself into women’s rooms.
“They can hurt women without cameras nearby and interfere with our safety and that’s what worries me the most.
“This is alarming, women’s rights are being violated and I will not accept it. He will not draw any conclusions from it.’
Bixler said in an interview with AZCentral in July that although she made the switch late in life, she’s received mostly positive reactions from locals
The mum posted a video on her TikTok account saying police had claimed it was a “touchy, sensitive issue in society” – adding: “We’ve gotten to a point where we address ourselves to society rather than facts.”
Adding that Bixler wasn’t arrested before filming herself, she asked, “Paul, if you’re a woman, why do you sometimes use the men’s room and sometimes the women’s room?”
Bixler slowly turned and replied, “Please stay away from me,” while a police officer tried to calm the situation.
The pair have had an argument before, with the mother donning a cat costume for a school reunion and poking fun at the school’s “wake-up agenda.”
Retired teacher Bixler was appointed to the 2021 Liberty School Board, which includes eight schools on the outskirts of Phoenix.

Graham believes Bixler has a “mental illness” that should prevent her from influencing children and gaining access to women’s locker rooms
Graham, not a relative of the South Carolina US senator of the same name, clearly addressed Bixler — without naming them — and the board at a December school assembly.
She said, “I’m a cat. Meow meow. I’m not a woman dressed up as a cat. I am a cat. How many of you believe and profess that I am a cat? How many of you think your child or a child in this school would believe that I’m actually a cat?’
After no one raised their hands, she continued, “No one. You’re right. The truth triumphs over imagination. reality exists. Discernment is innate and something we are wired to do. One look at me and you know this is true. I am a woman posing as a cat.”
She added that Bixler is “clearly a man” and “the only thing he does to identify as a woman is put on lipstick. He’s let his hair out a bit and wears his late wife’s clothes to school.”
Bixler joined after the death of his 36-year-old wife, Candace, in 2017.
