She’s also ready to follow in her parents’ footsteps in the world of acting, having been signed for a role in the Italian Netflix original series The Leopard.
Filming only started last month. Production of the lavish historical piece is set to take place over the next few months in the Sicilian cities of Palermo, Syracuse and Catania, as well as in the Italian capital.
The historical series, with elements reminiscent of Downton Abbey and The Crown, is a modern interpretation of the Sicilian saga filmed by Luchino Visconti and starring Claudia Cardinale, Alain Delon and Burt Lancaster.
The film, now a classic of Italian cinema, won the Palme d’Or at the 1963 Cannes Film Festival.
Deva will play Angelica Sedara, the young, stunning, middle-class woman who becomes the catalyst for social unrest in the six-part epic, set against the backdrop of the social revolution in 1860s Sicily.
The role was originally played by Claudia Cardinale.
It marks a major breakthrough for Deva, who recently made her acting debut in Laura Luchetti’s upcoming The Beautiful Summer.
Deva’s appearance comes after her father, French actor Vincent, is rumored to have split from model wife Tina Kunakey, 26, after five years together.
Last month, Vincent abruptly deleted all pictures of Tina amid furious speculation that the couple had split after five years of marriage.
Vincent — best known for his roles in “Ocean’s Twelve” and “Black Swan” — tied the knot with Tina in 2018, two years after their first connection, and in April 2019 they had a daughter, Amazonie .

While Vincent and Tina’s reps didn’t respond to requests for comment, the actor’s social media accounts say volumes about the couple’s relationship – the screen star removed all traces of his wife from his Instagram account.
The beloved pictures of the duo previously scattered across Vincent’s account have all disappeared without a trace.
Neither Tina nor Vincent have commented publicly on the mounting speculation among their followers about the state of their marriage – however, both have continued to share regular work updates on their accounts in recent weeks.
Deva’s parents, Vincent and Monica, 53, married in 1999 after meeting on the set of their 1996 film The Apartment.
The couple had two daughters – Deva and Léonie, 12 – before divorcing in 2013 after 14 years of marriage.
Then, in 2016, Vincent became Instagram Official with then-only 19-year-old Tina, and their relationship made headlines around the world due to their 30-year age difference.
Vincent addressed the 30-year age gap in an interview with The New York Times shortly before their marriage, saying, “It’s not always fair.” I’m 52 and marrying a 21-year-old girl. “I am very much in love and sure we will have babies.”
The couple tied the knot two years after their relationship became public knowledge and married in a low-key ceremony at Bidart town hall in southern France, near Tina’s hometown of Biarritz.
