A fire broke out in a building in Montreal’s Anjou district on Friday evening.
The event happened in a building at the intersection of Terrasse du Val-D’Anjou and Val-D’Anjou Avenue, the Montreal Fire Department reported on Twitter.

The fire required a second alarm to be issued and the fire department is asking the public to avoid the area.
Power outages are also possible.
