She seems to be fine.

Ahead of the tournament, football fans were warned that they would be expected to abide by Qatar’s strict and conservative customs.

“Visitors (both men and women) should show respect for the local culture by avoiding excessive display of their clothing in public,” the Qatar Tourism Authority said at the start of the tournament.

“It is generally recommended that men and women ensure their shoulders and knees are covered.”

Women are prohibited from wearing revealing outfits such as tight-fitting clothing and showing cleavage.

Non-Qatar women are not required to wear an abaya, a long black robe that almost covers the figure from head to toe, but tourists should ensure that tops cover their stomachs and shoulders, while skirts, dresses and pants must cover the knees.
