A new flight connection between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Ottawa will be opened from next June, Air France announced on Thursday.
Five flights per week, operated by Airbus with a capacity of 224 seats, will operate between the two capitals on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
“We are proud to offer the only direct flight connecting Ottawa to Europe,” said Jean-Eudes de La Bretèche, General Manager of Air France KLM in Canada. We are pleased that this connection between the two capitals can offer new opportunities for tourist, cultural and economic exchange.”
The French airline has also announced that it will increase its offer to other destinations served by Air France in Canada, notably with up to three new daily flights to Montreal and two to Toronto.
