“Crimea is part of the Russian Federation and according to our constitution, we cannot negotiate with anyone about the fate of Russian territories, the fate of Russian regions.”Peskov said, adding that the Russian government will not share details of negotiations with Ukraine.

The Kremlin spokesman said that after the latest round of negotiations with Kyiv, Moscow could not announce major progress or anything very promising for the time being, adding that there is still work to be done.
