Stacey explained how her day got off to a good start when her husband Joe Swash took over one of the late night feedings for baby Belle before he left for work.

“We did the school runs and after that I made it to rhyme time with Rex, Rose & Belle at the library for the first time ever,” Stacey continued.

“I’ve spent some time with other mums and felt so good to see that Rex & Belle are enjoying being away from home. Then we stayed out as long as we could, came home, played plasticine shops, made tuna pasta dinners, and tonight was swimming lessons for Rexy.

“Now we’re home and I’m ready to collapse on the sofa and start the cluster feeds.”

‘Sorry about the essay. but basically just a little reminder that you’re doing great even when you feel like you’re not. You are so amazing, don’t forget to tell yourself that sometimes.”

The Loose Women star added that she spent her evening planning a last minute family holiday over the Easter holidays.

“I’m aimlessly looking for someone to take the kids to before I head away,” she explained of her impending return to work.

“A lot of you ask if taking them all away is intimidating. Yes, definitely, but I think now is the best time, before Belle runs around and Joe and I run after the three little ones and they outnumber us,” the busy mum later explained.

Last week, Stacey admitted she feels “100 percent absolutely shitty.”

The 33-year-old TV personality took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday afternoon to offer advice to fellow moms, assuring them they were doing an “incredible job.”

She said: “Public announcement for anyone who ever says, ‘Oh my god, it looks like they’ve got their shit together – and I really haven’t’. Please don’t feel like this, you’re doing an amazing job.

She continued, “But that’s only because the whole ‘sleep when she sleeps, take time to rest and recover, don’t rush things’ out the window when you’re a year old!

“It’s incredible, that age gap, three, one and 0. I’m so grateful to have three little babies to raise and grow up together and I’m honestly so grateful.
