Fitness entrepreneur Kayla Itsines has made a surprising and “controversial” admission about her pregnancy journey.
The 31-year-old, who co-founded popular workout app Sweat, welcomed her second child with fiancé Jae Woodroffe last week.
She revealed in an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday that she doesn’t like being pregnant after a fan asked if she will miss her “pregnant belly.”

‘No. Absolutely not,’ she replied.
“Another controversial point: I don’t like being pregnant. I am thankful to have been blessed with the ability to have a baby. I think I look good pregnant. i love my babies I don’t enjoy being pregnant.’
“It’s all just stress, nausea, reflux, cramps, insecurity, etc,” she added.
The 31-year-old revealed in an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday that she’s not enjoying being pregnant, after a fan asked if she’ll miss her “pregnant belly.”
“I’ve had some seriously bad experiences and I’m just counting down the days until I have my baby in my arms. i never miss it
“I just want my healthy baby in my arms right now. Waiting nine months after you’ve had a bad experience, even once, is enough for me not to enjoy it.’
Earlier this week, Kayla posted a cheeky video on Instagram, telling fans she loved her pregnancy boobs and wanted to “keep” them.
She kept glancing knowingly at her chest, which was hiding her hair.

She wrote in the caption: “I’m definitely not complaining about it. can i keep them No? Damn it!’
Son Jax is Kayla’s first child with fiancé Jae Woodroffe. She already has a three-year-old daughter, Arna, with her ex-partner Tobi Pearce.
The personal trainer went to the hospital around 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 5. Her son arrived at 8.45am weighing 3.5 kg (7.72 pounds).
She had a planned cesarean section.

“Most amazingly, when it came out of nowhere on a completely random playlist that the hospital was playing, Jae’s father’s funeral song started playing over the speakers,” she said.
At the same time she heard Jae announce that it was a boy.
“I burst into tears, he burst into tears, and we got to meet our little boy,” she said.
Kayla said her surgery meant she would focus on lower-intensity workouts while she regained her strength.

After Jax was born, she and Jae introduced their baby boy to his big sister Arna and captured the sweet moment on video.
“Meet our precious little boy with the best big sister in the world,” she captioned the footage on Instagram.
In July, Kayla announced her pregnancy by holding up an ultrasound image with Jae as the two kissed.
