Following the arrest of Elliot Kamoun, brother of 2021 Star Académie candidate Charles Kamoun, another 37-year-old suspect was arrested just on Monday afternoon.
The man in question has been received by investigators and his file will be handed over to the director of criminal and law enforcement on Tuesday, said David Poitras, spokesman for the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ).
He could appear at the Quebec courthouse during the day. However, his involvement in the murder case must be clarified.

Recall that Alain Charbonneau, 50, was killed on October 23 in his apartment on Rue Proulx after a home invasion. Another 59-year-old man was injured in this case, but his life is not in danger.
According to our information, a drug trafficking affair gone wrong was the cause of the tragedy.
Elliot Kamoun, 27, was charged with second-degree murder in the case. He is due back in court on November 14th.
