The first official pictures of the highly anticipated upcoming film My Policeman were released on Thursday, sending fans into a frenzy.
The two snaps showed lead character Harry Styles, 28, gazing at his screen wife Emma Corrin, 26, in a swimming pool before chatting to the man he is set to have an affair with at a gallery.
The One Direction star stars in the film, which is set in 1950s Brighton and is based on the Bethan Roberts novel.

The plot focuses on police officer Tom, who is gay but is married to Marion (Emma) due to expectations. He is having an affair with museum curator Patrick Hazelwood (David Dawson).
In the first picture released, a shirtless Harry looks over at Emma as they relax in a swimming pool and she stares at her adoringly.
In the second snap, Emma, David and Harry are all standing close together in the gallery where David works, looking at a painting together.
Harry looked dapper in a dark jacket with his period-style hair slicked back.

Production on the film began in Brighton last April and will be released on November 4th.
Harry has reportedly been filming sex scenes with co-star David in upcoming LGBT romantic drama.
A source said: “Harry will be having sex on screen and they want it to look as real as possible. The plan is to do two romps between Harry and David, then another scene where Harry is naked alone.’
A source added to The Sun: “Not much is left to the imagination. Harry plunges into this new role and is genuinely looking forward to the challenge, even if it’s a daunting task.
Coming up: Production on the film began in Brighton last April and will be released on November 4 (Harry and Emma pictured filming last May).
“He always wants to do things that people wouldn’t expect and challenge what people think of him – and this film will really do that.”
A spokesperson for Harry declined to comment when approached by MailOnline. MailOnline also contacted a representative of David at the time.
Baz Bamigboye revealed in The Daily Mail earlier this year that The Last Kingdom’s David would play Harry’s character’s lover.
Rupert Everett will appear in the film as the older version of Patrick, while the former One Direction artist is replaced by Linus Roache for scenes set years after their affair began, while the role of Golden Globe-winning actress Emma is later filled by Gina McKee will take over the film.

The film sees Tom embark on an affair with Patrick after they fall in love at first sight when they meet at the Brighton Museum.
Tom’s wife becomes jealous upon discovering their passionate relationship and decides to take drastic action at a time when homosexuality was illegal.
The 2012 novel explores 1950s sexual morality and the criminalization of homosexuality.
The Amazon Studios production is directed by Michael Grandage and will be filmed on locations in London and the South East Coast from April 12, while the more intimate moments were shot at one of the major film studios.

Harry is currently in a relationship with American actress Olivia Wilde, 37, and has previously dated celebrities including Kendall Jenner, 25, Taylor Swift, 31, and Kiko Mizuhara, 30.

Speaking to weekend magazine The Guardian, the hitmaker revealed that while he doesn’t mind when asked about his sexuality, he doesn’t plan on giving a definitive answer.
