This comes as the brunette beauty has been busy promoting her new book, which has been described as a “practical guide packed with essential skills and knowledge”.

Myleene recently promoted her book on social media, stressing the importance of teaching first aid courses in schools after saving her two daughters from choking.

She recalled the moment she was caught off guard when her daughter Ava, 14, choked on calamari while on vacation four years ago, and when Hero, 11, stuck a plastic star down her throat at 18 months.
