Nadja Haddad cries at the end of Bake Off Brasil: “They took a piece of us TV

Nadja Haddad confirmed the end of Bake Off Brasil after nine seasons and cried as she commented on SBT's decision to cancel the confectionary reality show. The presenter explained that she had not yet digested the news and explained that she had asked the broadcaster for permission to speak to her fans about the topic. “The feeling is that they have taken a piece of us, that they have taken a child away,” he said.

The journalist appeared shocked on Instagram Stories on Wednesday evening (24). “What a day. A busy and difficult day. “I've been very busy and I haven't been able to speak up, talk to you, give you satisfaction, let off steam,” she began.

“I received the sad news of the end of the most important project of my life so far. Today I received a call announcing the official end of Bake Off Brasil,” explained Nadja, who took over the management of the program in 2018 in place of Ticiana Villas Boas.

“I had felt this possibility existed for some time and I had already been working on my emotional, psychological side. But when it happens, we are never ready. And unfortunately it happened. It is simply something that is beyond our control and, especially our will.”

I can only respect the decisions and try to understand. I still can't say much about it. I'm glad I was busy all day and didn't get to experience this sadness that will happen in the next few days. The feeling is that they have taken a piece of us, that they have taken away a child. I know that this feeling is not just mine, I am not alone in this grief.

“There were many years of dedication to a project that wasn't just work. At that time it was my life. The dedication I had, I can say for myself, was intense. And not just professionally, on the contrary, much more also as a person,” he assured.

“I still haven't managed to digest everything, stop and think. Today I was in automatic mode. I understand, accept and respect the time of everything. I know that everything is God's time. And I have one certainty: just like God.” He gave me the Bake Off, which was a huge blessing. He doesn't take away my blessing. It makes room for new blessings,” he said.

Nadja promised to post quietly later and couldn't hold back her tears. “We’re not going to make your Saturday nights any sweeter. But I'm sure something really good will happen and that Bake Off will leave an incredible legacy. I would like to thank each and every one of you who has accompanied us all these years.” “appreciated.

The presenter said she would miss the show, which was about a dispute between amateur pastry chefs. The attraction had been on the SBT program since 2015 and was currently supported by experts Giuseppe Gerundino and Beca Milano.

“I know something new is coming soon. I am eternally grateful,” she said. “The Bake Off is over, I don’t know where it’s going. Whether it happens somewhere else. But our relationship will not end.”

Last year, Nadja had already changed the nature of her contract with SBT and was released from the station's regular cast she began signing on a project basis.

Judge Beca Milano also posted a farewell post to announce her departure from SBT. “Today, with the same emotion and feeling of gratitude, I say goodbye to this home where I was very blessed and experienced unforgettable moments. It has been seven years of a journey full of experiences that has shaped not only my career but also my essence,” he wrote to the wife of Fernando Pelegio, the former head of the channel of Silvio Santos.
