Most of the local Armenian population left the enclave after Baku recaptured it
The mission visited a checkpoint on the border between Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia, the spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said. The group, led by Vladanka Andreeva, the United Nations-based coordinator in Azerbaijan, is expected to hold a news conference on Monday.
