The NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series are coming to Sonoma Raceway this weekend. This is the first time the Xfinity Series has competed on the 1.99-mile street circuit.
The Cup and Xfinity Series take a break the following weekend before the season resumes at Nashville Superspeedway. NBC and USA will air each series for the remainder of the year, beginning in Nashville.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with maximum temperatures of 73 degrees. At the start of the Xfinity race, maximum temperatures of 70 degrees and no chance of rain are forecast.
