Is your butt normal? …the list goes on and a lot of other shit over the years…maybe I’ve been weakened by other people’s nasty comments, that uploading a video of me not looking good makes me feel guilty, so nervous and that I be convicted?

“Whoever I kid, I’ll be judged until I decide to crawl under a rock.” So here I am in all my glory, blowing my ass off, getting beaten up at the gym, and trying to get 1% better again become. Thank you @rachellesiak’.

Self-love: In August, she bravely showed off her postpartum body, 12 days after giving birth to her fifth baby, as she embraced her “stretch marks, mummy pouches and thread veins.”

“I just had my fifth baby at the age of 41. I’ve had a lot to do with my body over the years and I haven’t always been so proud of it.” When I was younger, I felt like there was a lot of pressure to “get back on my feet” after babies . Have a certain clothing size.

“I kept a scale in my bathroom for years and weighed myself first thing in the morning to make sure the numbers were coming down.”

“I tried a lot of diets, I tried to avoid the ‘fads’ and focus on exercise and a clean lifestyle, which were always the ‘diets’ that worked best.”

“It’s common sense, but to feel good, starving yourself won’t work!” It’s a slow but concerted effort that produces the best results over time.

“So this time there are no scales! No diets since I’m breastfeeding. There is no pressure. My approach is one of love and gratitude that my body has housed and protected my baby for almost nine months.

“I haven’t figured out where I want to start on my fitness journey this time?” Maybe Pilates? Peloton? (Once the stitches and everything heal) Definitely baby yoga (yoga with the baby in the sling, looks great).

“But whatever I do, I’m going to enjoy the process and enjoy the new stretch marks, mummy bag and thread veins on my legs.” This is the new me and I love her more than I ever thought I could .”
