Natasha Hamilton has shown off her post-baby body in an intense workout video and admitted she feels “insecure” about her figure.
The 41-year-old Atomic Kitten star gave birth to her fifth child, baby daughter Kitty Iris Gay, with her husband Charles Gay in August.
And just three months later, the singer hit the gym for a strenuous workout session wearing a black sports bra and tight-fitting leggings.
Natasha was seen working up a sweat on an exercise bike and doing some strength training with some dumbbells before doing some deep lunges.
Despite her impressive fitness and commitment, she admitted she has struggled with body confidence since giving birth and doesn’t look “anywhere near what I want to look”.

Sharing a video of her grueling regime on Instagram, Natasha wrote: “I was really thinking about posting this video today because of the way I look.”
“It’s not one of those easy-on-the-eyes fitness videos.” I don’t look anywhere near what I want to look. But it’s a true reflection of where I’m at with my fitness, and I have to be honest about that.
“I’m pretty annoyed that I even feel like this.” But I feel like other women out there who had kids around the same time already look this good, and if I’m honest, I think that often ‘Will I ever look the way I want to look ever again?’

“I was called too skinny, too flat-chested (before my surgery). I obviously had a tummy tuck (I was slimmer then). Did I have a facelift? Is your butt normal? …the list goes on and a lot of other shit over the years…maybe I’ve been weakened by other people’s nasty comments, that uploading a video of me not looking good makes me feel guilty, so nervous and that I be convicted?

This comes after Natasha reflected on her relationship with her post-baby body last month, saying when she looked in the mirror every morning: “It doesn’t feel like my body.”
She revealed that she now works out with a personal trainer twice a week and does Peloton exercises to feel “more comfortable” and “confident.”
