Prague – With a day-long national mourning just before Christmas, the Czech Republic remembered those killed and injured following the devastating riot at Charles University in Prague. In public buildings, such as schools and city halls, flags were flown at half-mast on Saturday and had a black stripe. Prime Minister Petr Fiala called on people to observe a minute's silence at 12 noon.
