Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has gone to great lengths to ensure fans don’t miss a minute of the action at home games.
In their new building, the Intuit Dome, Ballmer installed a total of 1,160 toilets and urinals.
“That’s three times the average for all NBA venues,” he said. We don’t want the fans to wait any longer. We want them back in their seats quickly.”
The Intuit Dome, which will seat 18,000 people, will open in 2024. The Inglewood Amphitheater will be located south of SoFi Stadium, home of the Rams and Chargers of the NFL.
Construction work began on September 17, 2021.
This season, the Clippers are eighth in the Western Conference with a 34-33 record. They are 13 games away from first place held by the Denver Nuggets.
