Dunk of the postseason? Postseason dunk. The 2022 NBA Playoffs took place Sunday night when the Golden State Warriors defeated the Dallas Mavericks 109-100 to take a 3-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals. But the story of the night was all about Andrew Wiggins.
More specifically, Wiggins’ absurd dunk over Luka Doncic. Wiggins, who had a playoff career-high 27 points, flew over Doncic midway through the fourth quarter in what was initially ruled an offensive foul. Golden State challenged, and the decision was Wiggins’ elbow on Doncic was a casual contact that gave the Warriors a 93-83 lead.
