Neighbors’ Guy Pearce and Annie Jones have reprized their iconic roles for the highly anticipated Amazon reboot of the soaps, which premiered on Monday.
The actors who play Mike Young and Jane Harris in the Australian show will look in love in the upcoming scenes.
The characters returned to Ramsay Street after debuting in 1986 and rekindled their romance in what was supposed to be the final episode last year, but can now continue their story on the streaming service.
Emmy winner Guy, 55, wore a denim jacket and a long blue scarf in the scenes as he walked hand in hand with co-star Annie, 56.
She was dressed in blue and her figure appeared frightened at one point as she previously looked at her boyfriend and pulled him close.

By the time the debut episode of the rebooted soap airs on the streaming platform, “Neighbors” will have over a hundred episodes under its belt.
Annie Jones co-star Ryan Maloney recently said that the series, which has been filming since April, is more than ready for the new season.
“We started filming in April, so it’s been a long time for us to keep everything really top secret,” Ryan said.
“I think we’re close to 100 episodes,” Annie piped up, and Ryan confirmed, “Yeah, we did 100.”
He added: “We’ve already done that, so yeah. “I mean, we did 9,000 too, but now we’re at 100 on Amazon, yeah.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Ryan hinted that some beloved characters could die due to the series’ two-year time jump.
“There will be some of the best and some of the worst and everyone will have broken hearts,” he said.
“There are some new faces to fall in love with and some old faces gone that make you cry,” Ryan continued, before coyly insisting that he “don’t know” if anyone will die.

Meanwhile, Annie said it was “fantastic” working with co-star Guy again.
The pair stole the show on last year’s Neighbors finale as they portrayed their respective characters Mike and Jane for the iconic drama’s swansong.
Executive producer Jason Herbison confirmed in May that Pearce would reprise his role in the soap, which was rebooted in April and is filming in Melbourne.
“We’re delighted that Guy is returning to continue Mike and Jane’s reunion. It was a highlight of last year’s finale and (there is) definitely more story to tell for these beloved characters,” Herbison said in a statement to The Sun Herald.
Pearce returned to Neighbors for the show’s finale in July last year.
His character, along with Jane Harris (portrayed by Annie Jones), was seen purchasing a house on Ramsay Street in the final episode of the series.
The Neighbors reboot premieres on Prime Video on Monday, September 18th
