The Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (Photo) indicated this Saturday the 11th that Israel would oppose it Return of the Palestinian Authority to Gaza after the end of the war against Hamas.

When Netanyahu was asked about the issue, he reiterated that Israel would, in principle, “stop.”general security checkincluding the ability to invade at any time if we want to eliminate terrorists who may reemerge.”

“I’ll tell you what won’t be. There will be no Hamas“, he added.

“There won’t be any Civil authority raising its children to hate Israel, to kill Israelis to eliminate the State of Israel. There can be no agency that pays the families of murderers based on the number of murders they commit. There can be no authority whose The Führer has not yet condemned the terrible massacre 30 days later,” he said, referring to the President of the Palestinian Authority: Mahmoud Abbas.

The measure contradicts the position of US. This week the American Secretary of State, Antony Blinkenpresented a plan for the postwar Gaza Strip that would unite the enclave with the West Bank under the administration of the Palestinian Authority.

A Palestinian authority is headquartered in Ramallah and manages the West Bank. Its main party, Fatah, headed by Abbas, is the main Palestinian rival to Hamas, the terror group that has controlled Gaza since 2007.
