Anitta did not like the Black Mirror season 6 episodes recently released by Netflix. On Twitter, the singer criticized the content of the series and ended up reaping a “downside” from the streaming platform.

“Has anyone else seen Black Mirror and not understood why the show isn’t what it used to be? no purpose… like crazy,” she wrote on Twitter.

“The only episode that follows the style of the series is the first one… the rest just goes downhill,” he added.

The official Netflix account did not like the singer’s criticism and scoffed. “It has changed because Black Mirror is now focused on an international career,” citing Anitta’s desire to find fame outside of Brazil.

A few minutes later, they posted another comment saying it was a joke and they wanted to see the singer in Elite season 6. Her name has already been decided and she appears in an excerpt of the Spanish series.

In an interview with the Quem Pode, Pod podcast, Anitta revealed she has another documentary film project on the way — she already has Vai Anitta (2018) and Anitta, Made in Honório (2020), both available on Netflix.

“I started recording with a completely different idea and we are presenting it on streaming platforms. And it’s not finished yet, because it’s such a different idea that it’s difficult to find someone who does it well. Alice Braga.” [atriz e diretora brasileira] is involved, but due to time constraints we could not continue. I needed someone who could breathe the same oxygen as me 24 hours a day (…) I want to show Larissa in someone else’s eyes,” he revealed.
