Police are continuing to investigate the case of aggression allegedly suffered by actor Thiago Rodrigues over the past weekend. The new evidence collected by the 15th Police Station in Rio de Janeiro helps rule out the possibility that he was robbed and beaten by thieves. The unpublished information was found by CNN.
Delegate in charge of the case, Bianca Lima, heard from a friend of Thiago’s who was the last to see him before the incident. In the statement issued on Thursday (15), she said that she said goodbye to the actor at around 5:40 am last Sunday (11) in Praça Santos Dumont in Gávea and that he is fine.
Surveillance cameras analyzed by investigators also show no criminal group that Thiago could have robbed in the region. The only thing the actor lacked was a cell phone.
As a witness, the MP who was on duty at the hospital where the artist was taken said he said he was returning to the Jockey Club because he was involved in a fight at a party and needed to resolve the situation.
However, Thiago gave a different version in conversation with the civil police. According to the actor, he would return to the jockey to look for the device.
