A decorator filed a complaint on Friday for alleged sexual assault on a set in 2021 against Gérard Depardieu, who has already been charged with allegations of sexual violence, lawyer Carine Durrieu-Diebolt told AFP on Sunday.

“I have never abused a woman,” Gérard Depardieu said in an open letter published in Le Figaro on October 1.

The woman who denounced these facts was called Amélie and was 53 years old. She was a production designer on set.
