New layoffs to NXT 2.0 Tuttwrestling

Thanks to Fightful and Sean Ross Sapp, a few minutes ago it is news that a new series of layoffs is underway at WWE and more specifically on the NXT 2.0 roster: as is well known, the company has often made the headlines for the last 2 years some mass layoffs, particularly those of the last two years, in the midst of the pandemic period.

At the moment, Sean Ross Sapp has therefore confirmed the following layoffs:

  • Dakota Kai
  • Malcom Bivens: In this case, the company had asked the performer to sign an extension since February, but it appears the athlete had repeatedly turned down the company’s offers.
  • Paige Prinzivalli aka Blair Baldwin
  • Persia Pirotta
  • Harland (Parker-Bordeaux)
  • Sanjana George (formerly Vish Kanya)
  • Draco Anthony (formerly Reginald Chase Crews)
  • Mila Malani (formerly Kellie Morga)
  • Raelyn Divine (fka Jaylen Williams)
  • Dexter Lumis

The 10 Superstars involved were contacted directly by John Laurinaitis and the motivation they were told is again that of budget cuts, despite knowing that WWE continues to grind record winning numbers.

All of the above names have 30-day non-compete clauses, so the earliest they can sign for other companies is May 30th.

The list is constantly updated and we will let you know of any updates as soon as they are released.
