Texas (USA) A 21yearold girl was found decapitated in a house in a town in Texas, USA last Thursday the 12th. According to local police, the husband, whom the woman recently married, confessed to committing the crime. The information came from the New York Post newspaper.
The victim has been identified as Anggy Diaz and is from Nicaragua. The suspect’s name is Jared Dicus and he is the same age as the young woman. According to the police, the crime happened on Wednesday night, April 11, in Waller County.
Local Sheriff Troy Guidry told the newspaper that the young woman’s head was severed from her body. “It was a dismembered body part and a bloodied apartment a gruesome scene at best,” he described.
Officers found a knife at the scene, believed to be the murder weapon. Judge Trey Duhon reported on social media that he married the young people in October 2022.
“During my short time with them, they were a very nice young couple. Like many of you, I am deeply saddened and shocked by the news of this tragic event. My prayers are with all of their families,” the Waller County Magistrate said.
The case sparked outrage on social media. Netizens and friends took to the couple’s pages to comment on what happened and to demand justice for the young woman. “I still can’t understand why this happened my friend, but God is with you. He was a great person, my Anggy. We will miss you very much,” wrote a friend.
“My god, how bad. It was so full of life,” lamented another. “My girl was so naughty,” wrote a third person.
