Striker Neymar received a gold chain on Tuesday evening (December 26th) during the “Ney em alto Mar” cruise. The AlHilal player from Saudi Arabia received the gift from influencer Bruno Aleksander, known as Buzeira, who is under investigation for promoting illegal betting sites.
Neymar appears in the video on crutches and accepts the influencer's cord. According to Buzeira's publication, the item is worth R$2 million.
The influencer was investigated in May this year for alleged involvement in illegal betting sites. The operation also investigated nonpayment of winnings drawn on social media.
Ney on the high seas
With crutches and recovering from an injury, Neymar was part of the player's cruise called “Ney em alto Mar” on the first day of the event. The Brazilian striker tore the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his left knee in October this year while playing against Uruguay in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The event will take place on the ship MSC Precioza from December 26th to 29th. Boarding and disembarking takes place in Santos, with a stopover in Búzios.
