The Philadelphia Eagles suffered a 42-19 loss to the San Francisco 49ers at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.
Teammate Jalen Hurts attempted a second comeback in as many weeks, but the former failed to recreate the magic of the clash against the Buffalo Bills.

When the 49ers (9-3) returned from the locker room, they stepped on the accelerator. With a lead of 14-6 after two quarters, Deebo Samuel scored two touchdowns, notably thanks to a 12-yard run, to give his team a 28-13 lead.
Jauan Jennings, Christian McCaffrey and Brandon Ayiuk also reached the pay zone for San Francisco.
Brock Purdy, the 49ers quarterback, had the upper hand in his duel against Hurts. In fact, the 23-year-old athlete collected four touchdown passes and hit his teammates 19 times on 27 attempts to gain 314 yards.
His counterpart reached the 49ers end zone once. He also allowed DeVonta Smith to score the second major for the Eagles (10-2) with a two-yard pass.
The Philadelphia club will visit the Dallas Cowboys on December 10th. The 49ers host the Seattle Seahawks on the same day.
Finally a win for Tampa Bay
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-7) ended their two-game losing streak with a 21-18 win against the Carolina Panthers (1-11).
This win is just the second for the Bucs in the last eight games. Additionally, the team’s fans thought they were witnessing another setback for their team when Chuba Hubbard reached the pay zone after a one-yard run, giving the Panthers a 10-7 lead.
However, a 75-yard inspiration from Baker Mayfield to Mike Evans six seconds later allowed Tampa Bay to regain the lead 14–10. Chris Goldwin added seven points to the Florida team’s scorecard. That touchdown turned out to be the one that gave the Buccaneers the win.
Mayfield found his receivers 14 times on 29 attempts for 202 yards.
Hubbard repeated the feat for the second time in the game, scoring a touchdown late in the game, but the damage was already done.
