In a duel between two weak NFL players between the Chicago Bears and the Carolina Panthers, it was the former who won 16-13 at Soldier Field on Thursday evening.
The middle of the game was fatal for the Panthers (1-8). The Bears (3-7) were able to take the lead thanks to two field goals from Cairo Santos, including one from 39 yards, before returning to the locker room. In the third quarter, the situation continued to deteriorate for the Carolina club.

However, the Carolina team started the game strong, scoring a touchdown on a punt return by Eddy Pineiro. Thanks to good placement, they were even able to gain a lead of 10:3 on the scoreboard.
