Jalen Hurts and the Eagles are looking to end their three-game losing streak. (Bill Streicher/Portal)
Three weeks ago, the Philadelphia Eagles had a firm grip on the NFC's No. 1 seed after a 10-1 start.
Three losses later, the Eagles have ceded that control to the San Francisco 49ers and find themselves in a battle with the Dallas Cowboys for the NFC East. Two of those losses came to the 49ers and Cowboys as complete surprises, raising significant questions about Philadelphia's championship viability.
After a tough series of games, the Eagles close out the regular season with two games against the 5-9 Giants and another against the 3-11 Arizona Cardinals with their first game against the Giants on Christmas. Can they compete against a soft schedule in time for the playoffs?
