Former Liberty University quarterback Malik Willis, who is expected to be one of the first three QBs selected in the 2022 draft, was caught on video, performing a random act of kindness.

In a video posted on Twitter this morning, which has more than a million views, Willis is bent over, opens his suitcase on the street and hands over several of the items inside to a man sitting on a milk crate on the corner of Indianapolis.

From the distance of the video, it is difficult to say what exactly Willis gives the man, but it seems that these are new clothes wrapped in plastic. The startling video went viral on social media, with some users skeptical about whether the shot was strategic or not, but most applauded Willis for his kindness.

In the background of the video, you can hear the male voice say, “This is Malik.” The man behind the video, Ryan Lacey, also highlighted Willis’ former college team in the responses.

In 2019, Willis moved from Auburn to Liberty, where he began his last two years and led the program to a 10-1 season and a final in the Top 25 in 2020. He told the press on Wednesday that he believes his dreams in the NFL were launched after leaving the blue blood program at Auburn, but it is one of the best QBs in its class for 2022 and understands the public pressure that comes with being a QB in the NFL.

“I mean, you’re the face of the franchise, literally. You are the face of the city. So you have to understand everything that comes with it and make sure you do all the right things and make sure you do your job, “Willis said in his combined media interview with Per ESPN.

Based on this video, he definitely looks like the type of person you would like as the face of your franchise – not to mention the strength and mobility of his hands with a double threat. Concerns about his throwing accuracy are the biggest problem in the “against” department for future teams at the moment, as the draft class is making progress in completing this week’s rankings.
