NFL: Tom Brady will not replace Aaron Rodgers

Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady insists he doesn’t want to put his helmet and shoulder pads back on.

With New York Jets center Aaron Rodgers’ 2023 season ended by injury, the rumor mill was set in motion about the holder of seven Super Bowl rings.

During the latest edition of his Let’s Go podcast, Brady silenced the speculation.

“No, no and no, let’s move on to the next question,” the 46-year-old replied when asked about the possibility of joining the Jets.

“You know, I love being with you and I love what we do,” he continued, addressing his co-hosts Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.

In the first week of action, Rodgers suffered a serious Achilles tendon injury during his first offensive sequence.

The four-time NFL MVP played his first game with the Jets, who acquired him in a trade with the Green Bay Packers a few months earlier.

The Jets have gone 1-1 since then. Next Sunday the Big Apple Club will face the New England Patriots.
