Nick Carter remembers his younger brother, Aaron Carterbefore the one-year anniversary of his death… and it’s clear the tragedy still haunts him as he chokes back tears.
The Backstreet Boys singer did an interview with E! News Friday to include his new single – and they asked him how he was coping with the death of his sibling, who died almost a year later. Turns out NC is still reeling from this… and it shows in his reaction here.
Check it out… he gets visibly emotional when he thinks about Aaron, and he even reveals that they were in the process of mending their broken relationship before he died suddenly on November 5th.
In other words, he’s still grieving a lot – and he goes on to explain that this time of year (just before the holidays) reminds him of not only family memories with Aaron… but also the fact that his little brother lost his life too in these times.
As Nick says in this interview, he continues to process Aaron’s death … but still can’t fully understand it – although he hopes to get clarity one day. The same goes for other people around Aaron… including his girlfriend and the mother of his child. Princeton.
We told the story… Melanie Martin submitted Wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of her and Aaron’s toddler – alleging that multiple parties were responsible for providing Aaron with medication that was dangerous… and that ultimately led to him drowning in his bathtub.
As we told you, Aaron’s official Cause of death was on Xanax and wheezing.
Nick has repeatedly responded to Aaron’s death over the past year – including a heartbreaking moment just a day after his brother’s death… when he and the rest of the Backstreet Boys performed. The stadium showed a tribute to Aaron and Nick ended up landing crying on stage.
