The 31-year-old was crushed by the waves while enjoying a boat ride in Sydney Harbor with his famous brothers and their friends.
Nick posted a clip on Instagram showing himself getting soaked as the ship speeds through the harbor.
The Camp Rock star's clothes appeared to be soaked as he sat in the back of the boat with a beer in his hand.
Nick uploaded a story admiring the audience and said: “Sydney it's long overdue, I'm so excited for the show tomorrow, it's our first time playing here.”

Joe, Nick and Kevin greeted fans upon their arrival at Sydney Airport on Wednesday morning ahead of their first concert at Qudos Bank Arena on Friday.
The American trio flew in from New Zealand, where they played to a sold-out crowd at Auckland's Spark Arena on Tuesday night.
The former Disney stars were greeted by a crowd of fans and all three brothers were happy to stop by when they arrived, posing for photos and signing autographs.
The trio was scheduled to tour the country in 2020, but Covid scuppered their plans.

“To our Australian fans, thank you for your patience for the Jonas Brothers to come back and play a show there,” they said on Instagram at the time.
“We have two promises; We are back and will definitely be doing a tour of Australia! And a promise is a promise, right?!'
Joe, Nick and Kevin will begin their tour on Friday, playing two shows at Qudos Bank Arena before playing a show in Brisbane on Tuesday.
They'll then head on tour to Melbourne, where they'll play back-to-back shows at the Rod Laver Arena.
