Nick Swardson vows to “make it up to” fans after a disastrous stand-up show ended with him offering a refund.
The comedian's performance Sunday at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, Colorado, was cut short, with Swardson being removed from the stage amid boos, videos shared on social media showed.
USA TODAY has reached out to Swardson's representatives for comment.
In a clip from the show Posted on X, formerly Twitter, Swardson promises to make a replica of Jason Statham from “The Beekeeper” but repeatedly says “Let's go” while unruly audience members boo and heckle him. “Should I finish this or not?” he asks after more than a minute of setup, and you can hear people shouting back, “No!”

When Swardson left the room, his microphone appeared to be turned off. On social media, Fans blamed The comedian was “bombarded out of his head.”
On Monday, Swardson went to X to talk about the performance.
“Just woke up on TMZ by accident.” he wrote, referencing an article about the show. “Travel tip: Do not consume any drinks or food at high altitude. (expletive) Brain diarrhea. I’ll make it up to you, Beaver Creek!”
