Nicki Minaj is being sued for allegedly damaging jewelry.
Roseark: Luxury Jewelry Boutique said it loaned jewelry to the 40-year-old rapper and some of the pieces were returned to her damaged. His lawyer replied that the star was not responsible for the damage, claiming the jeweler was using it for promotional purposes.
According to TMZ documents, stylist Brett Alan Nelson had signed a deal with Roseark Jewelry and agreed to loan her the jewelry. Roseark claims he contacted the stylist to collect the jewelry within a week and pay for any damages incurred. According to the documents, the jewelry store alleges that he failed to return 66 of the pieces of jewelry he had borrowed on time and that a pair of earrings and a ring were damaged.
Roseark said he billed the stylist for the damage, which totaled $26,239.50, according to TMZ.
Nicki Minaj’s attorney, Jordan Siev, told the website, “We have received no evidence that Nicki’s jewelry in question was damaged.” Advertise and receive payment to which he is not entitled. We will vigorously defend ourselves. »
