A waterfront cafe that was once the haunt of entertainment kings Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban has just sold for a whopping $1.03 million.
The Bolthole cafe is at the foot of the Latitude accommodation complex in Millers Point, North Sydney, where the glamor couple own a penthouse and three other apartments.
The sale price shows the retail market in the coveted postcode is rising sharply, reports Realcommercial.com.au.

The tiny eatery fetched $35,517 per square foot — a new dollar-per-square-foot record for Millers Point.
Nicole, who grew up on Sydney’s North Shore, first bought a penthouse at the Latitude for $6 million in 2009 from Wizard Home Loans founder and Celebrity Apprentice star Mark Bouris.
In 2012, the Hollywood star bought the apartment next door for $7 million.

The 53-year-old has spent much of the global pandemic Down Under with her family and splashed $2.78 million into an apartment below her penthouse just last year, according to Domain.
The Oscar-winner’s sub-penthouse pad has two bedrooms and incredible harbor views thanks to a large balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that line the living room.
The elegant apartment also features a modern kitchen and access to a heated pool, gym and sauna.

The Hollywood couple also own a $2.68 million apartment on the 19th floor of the block, which they use as a home office when in Sydney.
Their four apartments in the Latitude building, as well as their Bunya Hill farm in the southern highlands, all carry the company name.
Nicole has not owned property in her own name since 1993, when she bought her younger sister Antonia a one-bedroom apartment in Mosman for $81,000.
Nicole and Keith, her husband of 15 years, share two daughters, Sunday, 12, and Faith, 10.
