Sir Andrew, meanwhile, looked much more demure, dressed in black jeans, a t-shirt and black sneakers, which he paired with trainers

Back in May 2016, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber slammed Nicole for pulling out of Cats on Broadway at the last minute when he confirmed she was returning to the UK to be a judge on the X Factor.
Speaking to The Economist’s Anne McElvoy at the time, he said he was “angry” at the singer for letting him down.
He said: “A week before we were supposed to go into rehearsals with Cats, which luckily I’m not producing, I have to say, she calls me and says she’s decided to do X Factor, having agreed to it .

“I’m furious because I really think she’s the most fantastically brilliant girl and I went out of my way to get her at the Palladium and now with all of them I look like an absolute moron.”
Adding, “Whatever, there will be another girl on Broadway and Nicole won’t get her Tony Award.”

But Nicole hit back, telling Web: ‘I had every intention of doing Cats on Broadway but the deal never went through.
“I’m incredibly blessed to be given so many great opportunities, including Cats, but unfortunately we couldn’t make it this time.
“I adore and respect Andrew, I am so grateful for our friendship and can’t wait for the opportunity to create more magic together.”
