Kim Jong Un observed the weapons test increasing the effectiveness of Pyongyang’s tactical nuclear weapons

North Korea continues to test new weapons. On Saturday, Kim Jongun witnessed the launch of a tactical nuclear missile from his private beach. According to the Associated Press, this is the thirteenth test in 2022 for Pyongyang and will take place on the eve of the annual joint exercise between the United States and South Korea that Seoul is conducting in preparation for an eventual invasion, which will last 9 days.

The aim of the bomb described as a new missile model capable of changing trajectory is to increase the effectiveness of the Kim regime’s tactical nuclear weapons: an imminent threat to South Korea and US bases in the country.

Kim, explains the North Korean state authority, has given important instructions to further strengthen the country’s defense capability and nuclear combat forces.

According to reports from the South Korean military command, the missile could be a lighter version of the KN23 or a radically new weapon. In the test, the rocket flew about 110 kilometers with an apogee of 25 kilometers and a top speed of Mach 4

On Friday, North Korea marked the 110th birthday of current leader Kim Il Sung’s founder and grandfather with a huge march, fireworks and synchronized dancing, but without the military parade analysts have been waiting for.

Observers, as well as South Korean and American officials, also feared a possible nuclear test, which was not carried out. The fear of a nuclear test remains it would escalate the provocation to increase pressure on the US and South Korea.

Three weeks ago, Pyongyang tested the most powerful ICBM in its history the first time since 2017 that the regime launched a full missile history. The test ended the selfimposed moratorium on longrange and nuclear weapons.
