Nothing is going well for Tom Brady

The 45-year-old quarterback’s squad paid homage to a team that has already ended its 2022 season: In fact, the Panthers (2-5) recently showed their head coach the exit door and started their sell-off by trading some of their best stuff.

This did not stop the club from stopping the Buccaneers (3-4) from crossing the goal line. Brady finished his matchup with 32 of 49 passes for 290 yards. Again, the Florida squad was unable to establish their ground game and was limited to 46 yards by carries.

Conversely, Panthers running backs D’Onta Foreman and Chubba Hubbard had a good game. The first rallied for 118 yards while the second notched a major.

Quarterback PJ Walker found two of his teammates in the payzone.

The Bucs and the holder of seven Super Bowl rings have been defeated four times in their last five games. They will look to return to victory next Thursday against the Baltimore Ravens (4-3).

They held off the Cleveland Browns (2-4) and won 23-20 at M&T Bank Stadium.

No better for Aaron Rodgers

At FedEx Field, Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers were also surprised by a less powerful team on paper, the Washington Commanders.

The American capital team secured a 23-21 victory after resisting a comeback attempt by their rivals.

Quarterback Tyler Heinicke seized the opportunity for a successful return to the game, taking a 3-4 lead with the Commanders after Carson Wentz was injured. The center completed 20 of 33 passes for 200 yards and two majors.

At the Packers (3-4), Rodgers also threw two six-point passes, both times to run back Aaron Jones.

From the great Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had his best game of the season at Paul Brown Stadium with a 35-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

The first-ever pick of the 2020 draft threw three touchdown passes and also registered a major with his legs. He also completed 76% of the 42 stints he attempted.

Wide receivers Tyler Boyd and Ja’Marr Chase enjoyed themselves against the Falcons (3-4) defense, which had 155 and 130 yards, respectively.

The Bengals (4:3) also seem to have found their way after a less good start to the season. The finalists of the last Super Bowl game have won four times in their last five games.

In summary

At AT&T Stadium, Ezekiel Elliott twice crossed the goal line with the ball in his hand during the Dallas Cowboys’ 24-6 win (5-2) over the Detroit Lions (1-5).

At EverBank Stadium, the New York Giants (6-1) continued their strong start to the season with a 23-17 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-5).

At Nissan Stadium, the Tennessee Titans (4-2) secured their place at the top of the American South by beating the Indianapolis Colts (3-3-1) 19-10.
